We provide clients with real-time, high-value political, policy and regulatory intelligence across Brussels and national capitals—going beyond public information to include leaks and informal insights from inside the institutions. Our daily, weekly, or bespoke updates decode the political and legislative context, enabling our clients to anticipate change rather than react to it.
Our horizon scanning functions as an early-warning system, identifying emerging risks and opportunities long before they reach the mainstream. This allows clients to insure against policy risk, adapt their strategy proactively, and capitalise on regulatory tailwinds (which has been particularly helpful for product teams). Whether navigating DSA, Fit for 55, or ESG disclosure requirements, we ensure you’re the first to know—and the best prepared.

Case Study: LEG
Challenge
LEG Immobilien, one of Germany’s largest residential property companies with around 145,000 rental units in Nordrhein-Westfalen, sought to strengthen its understanding of EU-level legislative developments that impact its ESG agenda. With major policy initiatives underway—such as the European Green Deal, the EU Taxonomy, and emerging social policy files—LEG required early insight into upcoming regulation to support its sustainability and investment strategies.
Strategy
H/Advisors Brussels was brought on to provide a consistent and targeted stream of regulatory intelligence. We developed a monthly Policy Tracker tailored to LEG’s priorities, offering clear updates on the status, next steps, and potential implications of relevant EU files. The tracker included information on upcoming consultations, stakeholder positions, and institutional dynamics to ensure LEG had early awareness of developments.
Outcome
The work provided LEG Immobilien with early and actionable insight into major EU climate and energy legislation, particularly the ‘Fit for 55’ package, helping to inform the company’s sustainability agenda. At the same time, in-depth analysis of EU Taxonomy developments, supported the company’s investment strategy and planning. Through this structured monitoring and advisory support, LEG was better equipped to anticipate regulatory changes and represent its interests at the EU level.
