Tristan Paivin

Tristan leads the technology practice advising global companies on EU public affairs, regulatory strategy, and political communications. With over eight years of experience in Brussels, he specialises in digital policy, AI regulation, platform governance, and crisis communications, helping senior executives navigate the EU’s most consequential legislative and political processes.

Prior to H/Advisors, he built his career at Teneo and FTI Consulting, advising major European and American companies on landmark regulatory files including the Digital Services Act, the Digital Markets Act, and the AI Act, while leading crisis communications mandates and designing large-scale European and multinational advocacy campaigns. He also served as a Policy Analyst in Amazon’s EU government affairs team.
