Stella Meyer

Stella specialises in digital and tech policy, advising clients on content moderation, media literacy, democracy, and immersive technologies. She supports clients with policy messaging, positioning, and targeted legislative engagement campaigns within the evolving digital regulatory landscape.

Before joining H/Advisors, Stella worked as a tech policy analyst at the Lisbon Council, a Brussels-based think tank and policy network, and briefly at the European Commission. She is also the editor and community lead at Metaverse EU, a policy hub focused on immersive technologies and their regulatory frameworks. Her experience spans policy development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications across digital and emerging technology sectors.
