Lucile Maître

Lucile specialises in internal communication and organisational transformation, with a focus on employee engagement and strategic change management during mergers, acquisitions, and crises. Since 2021, she has served as Consulting Director at Havas Paris People and acts as the People Lead for H/Advisors Havas Paris, where she supports both internal and client-facing initiatives.

She began her career as an internal communications officer at Ricoh France and later joined Edelman France as a consultant, where she developed expertise in employee engagement strategies across diverse sectors. Lucile holds a Master’s degree in communication from Sup de Pub and has worked with major clients such as Crédit Mutuel, Orange, BNP Paribas, and IKEA, helping them navigate sensitive transitions and align corporate culture with strategic objectives.
