Cristina da Costa Ferreira

Cristina specialises in EU digital policy, with a particular focus on cybersecurity, data protection, and defence. She advises clients in the technology sector, including several of the world’s largest tech companies, most recently on key legislative files such as the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), NIS2, DORA, and ProtectEU.

Before joining H/Advisors, she worked in several Brussels-based consultancies, developing policy strategies and providing regulatory analysis across digital and security-related portfolios. Prior to that, she gained experience at the Institute for Security and Development Policy in Stockholm and the Swedish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce. Her background includes strategic advisory, EU policy monitoring, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong understanding of the intersection between digital regulation and European security policy.
