Alen Hristov

Alen specialises in EU affairs, government relations, and TMT policy, advising clients on political engagement, stakeholder strategy, and navigating the EU legislative landscape. He supports organisations across sectors—including Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, and NGOs—on issues ranging from emerging technologies to digital regulation and reputation management.

Before leading the EU Tech Practice, he co-managed the digital policy cluster at a Brussels-based agency and held roles in national politics and think tanks, focusing on European public policy and future trends. His experience spans legislative lobbying, strategic communications, and cross-border advocacy. He holds an Honours B.A. in International Relations from the University of Toronto and a Master of Public Administration from Leiden University.
