Our team have had a very busy week, managing big launches for two clients.

We handled the announcement of a new ecosystem of Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement bodies under the EU Digital Services Act with two such certified bodies: Appeals Centre Europe and User Rights, including a very successful event with industry professionals and policymakers in Brussels.

The Appeals Centre Europe was certified this month to handle out-of-court settlements on social media platforms and will begin accepting disputes by the end of the year.

Separately, we helped launch a petition from EU.inc, a new EU company law rulebook for innovative companies. The Eu.inc petition calls for a new EU company law rulebook for innovative companies. Looking to standardise start-up corporate structures across the EU, the petition already stands at over 9K signatures.
